Watch: the Pamplona seminar in three minutes

Consumo Justo timeline · Pamplona, Spain · Film of the seminar of 22-24 May 2025

In May 2025 the first Consumo Justo seminar brought youth workers from five countries to Pamplona. We wrote about those three days in Three days in Pamplona: chocolate, wool and a neighbourhood that teaches. Now there is also a film of the seminar. It lasts three minutes and was made for the partnership by the project coordinator, Maison de l’Europe des Landes WIPSEE.

What you will see

The film moves quickly between the places where the seminar happened: a tasting done blindfolded, the workshop in which participants shaped wool from Navarra by hand, the fair trade shop of our hosts SETEM, and a game in which a ball of string ends up linking everyone in the room.

A presenter explains the two aims of Consumo Justo. The first is to build a community of committed youth workers and young people, and to give them the tools they need. The second is to encourage individual and collective initiatives for a responsible consumption that is open to everyone.

Between the scenes, participants answer in their own words. Their advice is practical: find out where things come from, look for second-hand before buying new, start with small things. One of them adds the reason for working in a group: “when we do it collectively, we can create a bigger impact”.

Captions in six languages

The film is in English. Captions are available in English, French, Spanish, Norwegian, Latvian and Polish. Use the CC button in the player to choose a language.

The film closes with an appointment for the end of the year, at the second seminar in Dax.
