Sharing the Consumo Justo tools with youth organisations in Warsaw

Consumo Justo timeline · Warsaw, Poland · 28 August 2026

The results of a project are worth something when other people start using them. On Friday 28 August 2026 we held our multiplier event for Consumo Justo, an Erasmus+ project on fair, ethical and local consumption, to put its tools in the hands of organisations that work with young people in Warsaw. Twelve people spent the afternoon with us at CIC Warsaw in Varso Place, where our team works.

Who came

We invited three organisations from our local network. Each works with a different group of young people.

Their representatives were joined by volunteers. We invited everyone directly: in person, by message and by e-mail. With twelve people in the room, everyone could ask questions and say how the tools would fit their own work.

What we showed

We began with the project itself: why five organisations from France, Spain, Norway, Latvia and Poland spent two years on consumption, and what fair, ethical and local mean in practice. Then we went through the tools: the five explanatory posters, the 25 activity sheets and the mobile app that carries all of them in six languages.

After that we watched the three project films: the seminar in Pamplona, the seminar in Dax and the final film. They drew the strongest reaction of the afternoon. Here is the final one.

What people said

The last part was a brainstorming session on one question: where can these tools be used next? The answers were practical: workshops in schools and youth centres, activities with young volunteers, local events on sustainable living.

At the end everyone filled in the partnership’s questionnaire. All twelve said they had learned something new and found the tools useful, and nine plan to use them in their own activities. Ten of the twelve were satisfied or very satisfied with the afternoon. One request for next time: more time for discussion.

What happens next

The three organisations and our team agreed to meet again, this time with their board members, to plan cooperation on green projects and joint events on the themes of Consumo Justo. What we learned in the project will go into those events.

If you would like to try the tools with your own group, start with the app. It is free.
