Consumo Justo timeline · Dax and the Landes coast, France · Film of the seminar of 20-22 November 2025
The second Consumo Justo seminar took place in Dax from 20 to 22 November 2025. We described it in Dax seminar: a new app, a debate on minimalism and a Saturday market. The film of the seminar is now ready as well. It was made for the partnership by the project coordinator, Maison de l’Europe des Landes WIPSEE, and runs for a little over two minutes.
What you will see
The film opens on a wooden pier on the Atlantic coast of Les Landes and then follows the group through the three days: presentations in front of a full room, posters written on the floor, a game on a pelota court and glasses raised at the market.
Participants then say what stayed with them. For one it was discovering the local culture. Another talks about the many people and points of view met in three days. A third explains why the group matters: a community finds more solutions than each of us would alone.
The sentence we would keep is a short one: “If you learn, you can try to do it.”
Captions in six languages
The film is in English. Captions are available in English, French, Spanish, Norwegian, Latvian and Polish. Use the CC button in the player to choose a language.
The film ends with an appointment in Latvia in June. That was the last training of the project, and you can read about it in Five days in Riga: from learning methods to designing them.
The Consumo Justo app, with the posters, activities and resources described in these posts, is free on Google Play and the App Store.
